Our cuisine takes Spanish cooking apart, rebuilds its ingredients and techniques, and goes beyond those boundaries to create modern Spanish, with a wide range of dishes from the classics to highly original, carefully crafted plates. Among them, the [ Seafood Paella ], made with a carefully prepared stock, is a dish we hope you will try at least once.
